Drupal allows a wide range of web 2.0 content. File types such as JPG, PNG, GIF, MP3, SWF, WMV, MOV, MPEG, OGG, etc can all be used with the various modules available for free through the drupal community website drupal.org. Just using the text editor (tinymce in this site, others are available), we are able to add in most of those file types.
