Drupal's advanced theming system allows you to have different themes for different content types or even on a page per page basis. Any designer who is familiar with Drupal themes can simply create a new template, upload it to the site, and see it appear instantly.
In this page, the template is exactly the same, the only difference in this case is the style sheet. If we wanted to, we could completely remove the columns and have a special page which shows snippets from other parts of the site.
